Pre-Production

Tech Pack Review

Your design brief, tech pack, and size specifications are reviewed by our technical team. We align on materials, trims, tolerances, and production timeline before sampling begins.

Sampling

Pattern & Sampling

First prototypes are cut and sewn to exact specifications. Fit sessions, grading checks, and revision cycles are completed until production-ready approval is signed off.

Production

Bulk Cutting & Sewing

Approved bulk fabric is spread, cut using CAD-optimized markers, and routed to specialized sewing stations. Each sub-assembly is inspected inline as it moves through the floor.

QA / QC

Quality Inspection

Multi-stage AQL audits, needle detection, measurement checks, and shade sorting are carried out before finishing. Third-party inspection access is available on request.

Finishing

Finishing & Packaging

Garments are pressed, tagged, poly-bagged, and packed per your retail or wholesale specifications. Custom hangtags, carton markings, and barcodes applied inline.

Freight & Export

Your order is loaded, documented, and dispatched via your preferred freight method, FCL, LCL, or air. DDP, FOB, and CIF terms available. Full shipment tracking provided.
